Join a dynamic team working on a cutting-edge project focused on online surveys and customer satisfaction analysis. We are looking for a skilled System Analyst to lead end-to-end system analysis and integration efforts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle system analysis from initiation to delivery.
- Gather and align technical requirements, especially for system integrations.
- Define contracts and communication protocols between systems.
- Prepare development tasks and collaborate closely with developers.
- Work with diverse stakeholders including business teams, technical experts, testers, and UX designers.
Profil
- Experience as a System Analyst in IT projects.
- Strong technical and tooling skills.
- Proven experience in system integration and message definition.
- Basic development background is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams.
- Attention to detail and clarity in communication.
- Assertiveness and openness in stakeholder discussions.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Solid knowledge of:
- Kafka
- APIs (including synchronous APIs)
- OpenAPI and AsyncAPI
- Postman, Swagger
- UML, Enterprise Architect
- Relational databases
- Distributed system architecture
- Jira
- Ability to:
- Analyze functional requirements and system needs
- Model IT systems
- Analyze logs and errors
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the financial sector, especially in currency markets.
Hybrid work – 1 day per week at office in Warsaw or Poznan..
