Mission

• Administer and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including user and group management, GPOs, and domain services
• Manage DNS and DHCP services to ensure reliable name resolution and IP address management
• Implement and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for secure communication and authentication
• Deploy and manage software packages, updates, and operating system images using SCCM
• Monitor system health and performance using SCOM and respond to alerts and incidents
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for directory and infrastructure services
• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and system changes
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure projects and service improvements

Profil

• Proven experience in system administration with a focus on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and PKI
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM and SCOM
• Strong understanding of Windows Server environments
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent)
• Experience with hybrid Active Directory environments (on-premises and Azure AD)
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation
• Exposure to ITIL practices and changing management processes
