Mission
Main Mission
The Country IT Lead is responsible for the IT strategy and the management of IT operations within the country. He/she leads the local IT entity, ensuring alignment with the global strategy, service quality, security, and technological innovation.
Strategy & Governance
- Develop and implement the local IT strategy in alignment with the global strategy.
- Propose IT system evolutions consistent with the CIO’s strategic directions.
- Define and apply a sourcing policy (“make or buy”).
Operations & Performance
- Oversee daily IT operations: infrastructure, applications, services.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and quality of IT systems.
- Define, negotiate, and monitor service levels (SLAs) tailored to local stakeholder needs.
- Implement IT quality and security procedures.
Management & Steering
- Manage IT budgets and optimize costs.
- Establish and monitor workload plans, dashboards, and performance indicators.
- Ensure project consistency across other IT domains.
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies to improve services while respecting Group standards.
Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop the local IT team.
- Allocate workloads, plan resources, and monitor skill development.
- Identify training needs and implement development plans.
- Structure and disseminate knowledge useful to the organization.
Communication & Collaboration
- Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure initiative alignment.
- Communicate with business departments and project owners.
- Manage technology suppliers and partners.
Profil
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in IT or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in IT management, including managerial experience.
- Experience in an IT services company (ESN) or tech enterprise.
- Proven leadership, team management, and change management skills.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, applications, services, and complex projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and multicultural collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English and the local language (Dutch and/or French).
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of technological trends (cloud, AI, big data…).
- Experience in cybersecurity and compliance.
- Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives.
