Mission

Description:
• Monitor and maintain our data pipeline that processes massive batch data scheduled through Airflow, processed by ETL tools, and loaded into databases.
• Perform regular health checks on middleware components including JBoss, Apache, and Tomcat servers.
• Optimize middleware configurations for performance and stability.
• Manage Linux user permissions, groups, and access rights on RedHat environments.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data verification and troubleshooting.
• Create and manage system tickets for infrastructure changes requiring specialized teams.
• Coordinate with network teams for firewall configuration requests.
• Install and configure components from Linux repositories independently or coordinate with system administrators for restricted installations.
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to assist with configuration challenges and troubleshooting.

Technical expertise:
• Strong expertise with data models and data pipelines architecture.
• Expertise with batch processing systems and scheduling tools like Airflow.
• Solid expertise of middleware administration (JBoss, Apache, Tomcat).
• Linux administration expertise on RedHat environments (user management, permissions).
• Advanced SQL querying expertise.
• Expertise with reverse proxy configurations.
• Basic networking expertise for firewall and connectivity requirements.
• Basic expertise with CI/CD pipeline concepts and implementation.
