The company, a leader in digital services and solutions, plans to incorporate some 2,300 technological profiles in Spain throughout 2023. In addition, it is strengthening its collaboration with training centres and universities, incorporating more than 500 interns in the first five months of the year.
After carrying out one of the largest recruitment plans in the sector in 2022, with 7,000 positions (of which more than 2,100 were in Spain), Inetum continues with the objective of attracting and retaining new talent in 2023: in Spain, it plans to incorporate a further 2,300 technological profiles, of which more than 1,181 have already done so in the first five months of the year. Inetum is thus boosting recruitment in a sector, the ICT sector, which has experienced unprecedented growth in recruitment needs, in line with the acceleration of the digitisation of companies and digital uses.
