Mission
Job Description:
Provide training and support to end-users, actuarial teams, to ensure effective use of the systems. Works within an agile SQUAD to design and implement systems that meet business requirements, including data management, risk modeling, and reporting tools.
Main Tasks:
- Design and write test cases
- Management and tracking of support requests and incidents
- Design and write test cases and manage it's execution
- Communication with stakeholders
- Record, qualify, and prioritize anomalies and ensure their correction
Perfil
- Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC+4/5) in Computer Science or a related field from an engineering school or university
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking, insurance, and actuarial industry
Technical Skills:
- Excel with VBA
- SQL (Structured Query Language)
- Software Testing
- ITIL 4 Knowledge
- JIRA and Service Now
Language Skills:
- English - Expert
- French – Expert
