Join a dynamic Credit & Regulatory Reporting team in the Financial Services sector, where we drive critical insights and ensure compliance with global banking standards. We're looking for a skilled professional to help shape the future of regulatory reporting under the Basel IV framework.
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and rollout of a new aftercare process for Basel IV disclosures (Credit Risk & Securitization).
- Analyze key differences between Basel III and Basel IV, translating complex changes into actionable insights.
- Support initial reporting cycles and contribute to project execution.
- Build and refine control mechanisms.
- Help structure new internal processes.
- Assist in preparing materials for senior leadership committees.
Perfil
Profile:
- 3 - 4 years of experience in Risk, Finance, Audit, or Assurance within the banking sector.
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of credit risk (Standard & IRBA approaches) and prudential regulations (Basel III & IV).
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with MS Access and SQL.
- Fluency in English and professional working proficiency in Portuguese.
(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
