An innovative IT department accelerated by AI

The CIO of the Auvergne Rhone Alpes region wanted to familiarise 80 members of his IT department with AI in order to demystify this technology and immerse them in potential business use cases.

In order to accelerate ideation and teamwork, Inetum has put in place a tailor-made support package.

In addition to the course, a face-to-face seminar was organised to launch the programme, with the production of a sentence illustrated and explained by a generative AI. We also organised face-to-face innovation cafés in our FabLab, where people could have a coffee and discuss technical subjects, use cases and the latest advances in AI.

Communication emails were also sent out every day for 1 month with the day's concepts and expert articles.

This project raised awareness and got the whole IT Department on board with the detection of use cases (10 of which 3 will be the subject of a Poc). A real collective dynamic was instilled thanks to a course that was valued internally via their training plan.
