Faced with rapid expansion and ambitions for exponential growth, Aledia recognized the need to modernize its business processes and implement an ERP capable of supporting this evolution. The challenge was to transition from the research and development phase to industrial production. The start-up opted for Microsoft Dynamics 365 due to the flexibility and modularity of the solution's components, as well as its capabilities in AI.
