Concrete impact, shared responsibility
Our ESG Strategy
Driven by our purpose of creating digital impact faster, easier and for the good of all, we structure our sustainability work across two strategic pillars:
- Responsibility: embedding ESG into our own operations
- Impact: Support clients and suppliers into their ESG journey and engage in our local communities.
This dual commitment aligns with major international frameworks, including:
- European CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive)
- Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)
- UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
- UN Global Compact
Our ESG strategy is reviewed annually, monitored through KPIs, and publicly reported via our Sustainability Reports.
CREATING DIGITAL IMPACT FASTER, EASIER AND FOR THE GOOD OF ALL
It is co-led by the Group ESG and Finance functions, sponsored by the members of the Executive Committee, and implemented by local teams across 19 countries.
Environment
We aim to reduce our carbon footprint per employee by 45% by 2028, and we’re already making progress.
Our key environmental actions include:
Green mobility: promoting electric vehicles, biking, and shared transportation
Energy efficiency: retrofitting offices, using renewable energy
Digital sobriety: eco-labels, equipment lifecycle management, server optimization
Low-carbon buildings: HQE certifications and performance-based renovations
The impact of these initiatives are monitored annually via a global carbon footprint assessment.
