From the moment your contract is signed, we do everything to make you feel part of the team.
This is why we do everything possible to develop your sense of belonging, to create the conditions for you to adhere to Inetum's values and to give you all the information you need to understand the Group's strategy as soon as you agree to join us.
Via our training platform, you will have the opportunity to discover our Group, its ambitions and values, as well as the Business Unit you will be joining.
On your first day, your manager or "welcome sponsor" will give you your integration kit and give you an operational presentation of the project you will be working on.
This Welcome session gives you the chance to meet your colleagues in a relaxed setting.
You will be contacted several weeks after your arrival to get your feedback on our recruitment and induction process. This is essential to help us improve the induction experience !

For several years already, we have been committed to a proactive Corporate Responsibility policy that is applied worldwide in our various subsidiaries.
Our international presence is based on a very extensive territorial network that places us at the heart of the various regions. This "Think Global, Act Local" approach is a major element of differentiation for our clients, which also gives us a major social responsibility.
In the countries where we operate, regardless of local legislation on Corporate Social Responsibility, all Inetum subsidiaries agree to respect the main principles that contribute to a common ambition – to show the way to a sustainable future.
This ambition was for example demonstrated through the renewal in 2019, for the 4th consecutive year, of our membership of the United Nations Global Compact. This pact aims to encourage companies throughout the world to adopt a socially responsible attitude by committing to integrate and promote respect for human rights, the application of international labour standards, the preservation of the environment and the fight against corruption.
Inetum's CSR policy is regularly assessed by the experts of EcoVadis, who awarded it the "GOLD" label for the 4th consecutive year in August 2020. According to EcoVadis, Inetum (Gfi Informatique SA (Group) at the time) is among the top 5% of companies in this sector rated by the rating company in the "Computer programming consultancy and related activities" category.
