Mission
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant. This newly formed organization operates with a startup mentality and is focused on delivering exceptional customer support across a team of 2,000 employees and 4,000 delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general office duties including ordering supplies, maintaining records systems, and basic bookkeeping.
- Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements.
- Analyze incoming communications and determine their significance and distribution.
- Prepare agendas and coordinate logistics for meetings and committees.
- Organize travel arrangements and support meeting planning.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth office operations.
Profil
- 3–5 years of experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Experience managing calendars and rhythms of business (RoB).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Event planning and leadership capabilities.
- Must be located in Charlotte, NC.
