Location: Lisbon

Main Responsibilities:    

• Deliver top-notch in-person and remote IT support across desks, offices, and field locations
• Solve hardware, software, and network issues with confidence
• Manage logistics, stock control, and back-office IT tasks
• Work through ticketing systems and follow procedures to keep things running smoothly.                  

Profile:

• Strong knowledge of Windows, M365, Active Directory, iPhones, Macs, printers, audiovisual equipment (Cisco).
• Familiarity with network protocols and IT security.
• Microsoft-savvy and ready to troubleshoot with critical thinking.
• Fluency in English (mandatory). 
• Clear communicator & customer-first mindset
• Reliable, organized, and a true team player
• Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
