Inetum is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IAM Junior Consultant to join our team and support key identity operations for critical clients in the financial sector.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles in line with established security policies.
• Support the provisioning and deprovisioning of access to systems, applications, and resources.
• Perform regular user access reviews to ensure alignment with compliance standards.
• Respond to basic IAM issues and service requests, escalating when necessary and collaborating with the wider team.
• Ensure that access requests are processed accurately and within contractual deadlines.
• Perform password resets and assist users via phone support.
• Answer client calls in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality user support.
• Participate in weekend and holiday standby rotations when required.

• Experience or training in a related technical or IT support role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, RSA and HID platforms (MFA).
• Basic knowledge of Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 (O365).
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially by phone.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a professional attitude.
• Fluent in French (B2 level) and English (B1 level minimum).
