We are looking for a Business Analyst to support financial project portfolio management, including schedule planning and monitoring, cost and benefit control, and reporting, while contributing to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial project management activities (planning, monitoring, reporting)
- Ensure proper operational functioning of the Controlling squad, with a strong focus on TAGETIK
- Provide responsive support to reporting tool users
- Manage IT and administrative incidents related to user requests
- Organize and deliver user training sessions
- Administer and enhance reporting tools, driving productivity improvements
- Ensure quality, governance, and continuous improvement of finance information systems
- Provide functional expertise for projects (analysis, testing, training)
- Anticipate project impacts on reporting processes and tools
- Act as a key point of contact for finance reporting users and processes
