The position's main mission is to provide functional application support in the Production environments to end users and 4 main aplications. This role as user suport consist of managing tickets, emails, and queries from users, follow functional changes, creating sql querys for alerts, extractions and investigation purposes, debuging functional code. as well as following changes/upgrades/fixes on the aplications we provide support.
Main Tasks:
- User Support to end Users
- Functional Change follow up and managment
- Report creation/Code debug/Investigation
- Lead meetings with stakeholders
