The candidate will provide application support within the Securities Services area for Payment Processing.
Main Tasks:
- Support business IT needs by understanding workflows and operational scenarios.
- Handle tasks and incidents via email, tickets, or in person, ensuring proper shift coverage.
- Communicate updates on issues, tasks, and projects to teams and stakeholders.
- Document processes and share knowledge, including training and continuous improvement.
- Automate routine tasks and identify systemic issues through scripting and optimization.
