Mission

We are looking for an Application and Production Support Analyst to join our Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Lisbon

Main Tasks

• Support the business in their IT needs and understand the business workflows and scenarios;
• Manage Incidents, Requests, Changes;
• Improving day to day tasks by writing scripts and automate tasks that are procedure oriented.

Perfil

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar;
• Between 2 to 3 years of experience in application/production support;
• Experience with web applications;
• Knowledge of Applications Testing;
• Driven to work with cross-functional teams to support application deployment and ensure smooth operations;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Hybrid work in the office in Lisbon (1/2x per week).
