Mission

As a Technical Support Engineer you will own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth by honing your problem-solving, collaboration and research skills, and developing your technical proficiency.

Your responsibilities:

  • You review, investigate and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
  • You participate in communities with peer delivery roles.
  • You develop specific technical and professional proficiency to enable you to understand and resolve customer issues, through training and readiness.
  • You identify potential product defects and provide feedback to more senior engineers, contributing to Microsoft product improvements.

Perfil

  • 3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience;
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Entra, O365 and Synchronization
    of entities between On-Premises and Cloud Directories (mandatory);
  • Experience with M365 Authentication and Access, EntraID Connect and M365
    User/Domain management;
  • Experience administrating M365 resources in M365 Admin Center Portal;
  • Experience of troubleshooting related issues with HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) debugging tools like Fiddler, etc;
  • Experience troubleshooting authentication issues with M365 Suite (Web and
    Desktop applications);
  • Knowledge of Access Management technologies such MFA, Conditional Access and
    SSO;
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting issues related to Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), ADFS,
    MFA, conditional access;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactivity and results orientation.
  • Good level of English: Independent user.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Support experience delivering IT Application support or services.
  • Some understanding or awareness of Office 365/ Windows Administration, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, or the .NET Framework would be helpful.
  • Excel skills with Power Query and Data Modelling would be beneficial.
  • Experience gained or conceptual knowledge of Microsoft Azure/ AWS Cloud architecture or any Cloud SaaS experience.
  • Understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) principles and protocols.
  • A solid grasp of HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) principles and its various methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Authentication protocols like OpenID Connect, OAuth, SAML, WS-Fed,
    Kerberos, etc.
  • Microsoft Technology Certifications.
