Mission

We are looking for a Learning Experience & Change Management specialist to reinforce our Consulting team, with a passion for learning innovation and digital transformation. In this strategic role, you will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of digital upskilling programs that empower individuals and teams with future-ready skills. You will combine pedagogical insight, project management excellence, and change enablement practices to ensure learning initiatives drive real organizational impact.

About your role…

  • Coordinate the design, implementation, and monitoring of digital upskilling programs, aligning pedagogical objectives with organizational transformation goals.
  • Collaborate closely with trainers, subject matter experts, and technical teams to ensure the content is current, relevant, and tailored to diverse target audiences.
  • Develop and oversee the creation of personalized learning materials, such as manuals, presentations, practical guides, and multimedia content, ensuring methodological consistency.
  • Ensure trainer preparation and ongoing support, by organizing onboarding sessions, training, and alignment with best pedagogical and technological practices.
  • Plan and deliver in-person and online training sessions.
  • Define and implement the training evaluation plan, covering satisfaction, learning, practical application, and organizational impact indicators.
  • Design and apply quantitative and qualitative evaluation tools, analyzing collected data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Develop and implement post-training follow-up strategies, fostering learning sustainability and integration of skills into the workplace.
  • Support organizational change management, by identifying adoption barriers, engaging stakeholders, and strategically communicating the benefits of digital transformation.
  • Develop awareness and engagement strategies, strengthening employee commitment to continuous learning and innovation processes.
  • Share best practices and promote continuous improvement, ensuring the dissemination of effective methodologies across pedagogical, technical, and management teams.

Perfil

  • Higher education degree in Educational Sciences, Psychology, Educational Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational transformation projects: plan, execute, and oversee, ensuring objectives are met within the established timeline and budget.
  • Strong understanding of educational theories and practices that can be integrated into innovative learning programs
  • CCP – Certificate of Pedagogical Competencies / former CAP (preferred).
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms used in learning and education, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees, executives, and clients.
