Mission

We are looking for a Team Leader with a strong technical background and proven experience in team management to lead a group of 5 professionals focused on reporting, ETL, and data visualization. This role combines leadership, data architecture, and hands-on development using technologies such as Python, MS SQL Server, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of 5 people;
• Ensure quality control and validate team deliverables;
• Manage the team backlog and define priorities;
• Distribute tasks and monitor delivery timelines;
• Design optimized data structures for reporting;
• Implement ETL processes using SSIS and stored procedures/jobs;
• Support the creation of dashboards in Power BI, based on tabular models.

Perfil

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical leadership roles;
• Proven experience in Power BI – advanced skills in building dashboards, designing tabular models, and transforming data into actionable insights
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills;
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement;
• Team-oriented with a strong commitment to quality;
• Ability to design scalable, business-oriented solutions;
• Solid experience with the following technologies:
  • Python – for automation and data manipulation;
  • MS SQL Server – queries, stored procedures, and jobs;
  • Power BI – dashboards and tabular models;
  • SSIS – ETL process development;
• Proficient in English.

• Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office).
