Mission

Your main responsibilities will include:

• build new and migrate existing system; internal monitoring platform (on K8s on-prem); monitoring of the apps and the infra (full-stack monitoring, not a green-field)

• writing small GoLang apps (for helping infra and team "glue code", custom prometheus exporters)

• collab with different teams

• creating and testing potential PoCs

• participating in the on-call’s in the future

• implementing seasonality of metrics, forecasting, potential AI anomaly predictions

• creating best-practices, guidelines and standards

Perfil

• Experience working with Go + (Python) and observability stacks such as Prometheus / Alertmanager, Grafana, Thanos / Mimir / VM, Opentelemetry also frontend monitoring.
• Familiarity and knowledge of Linux & containerization technologies (containerd, Kubernetes, Cloud Providers. etc.).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

• Work is conducted in a hybrid system: 3 days a week from office in Warsaw, Lublin or Poznań.
• English language proficiency at B2+ level.
