Summary

Looking for a highly motivated Senior QA Profile with minimum 5 year of QA experience to join our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in manual testing. The candidate should be able to guide/coach QA team with his experience & skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Demonstrated expertise in manual testing, with a strong understanding of quality assurance processes and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test management and test execution tools.
• Perform component-level testing, ensuring system modules function correctly and meet requirements.
• Analyse and interpret user stories to develop comprehensive and effective test cases.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills, working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and coaching to QA team members, supporting their development and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Identify root causes and effectively analyze and resolve issues as they arise during the QA lifecycle.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of testing strategies and QA processes.

Perfil

• Required Skills and Qualifications 

• Proven experience in manual QA testing.
• Industry-recognized certification such as ISTQB Foundation Level.
• Experience in creating, maintaining, and executing detailed test plans and test cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

  Nice to Have 

• Familiarity with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Working knowledge of Java and Selenium.
