Location: Porto

Main Responsibilities: 

• Identify and drive process improvements through automation and optimization.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Create functional specs and test plans in collaboration with key users.
• Support IT teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Keep stakeholders informed with clear project updates.

Perfil

Profile:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Solid technical understanding (automation experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with the banking sector and/or Lean Six Sigma (nice to have).
• Proficiency in English (French is a bonus).
• Comfortable using standard office tools.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in PORTO per week)
