We are recruiting field support for a client:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking principles (TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support tools.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Analytical thinking to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions and updates to non-technical users.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with various departments.
- Customer-first approach, ensuring user satisfaction.
- Proficiency in English (B1/B2)
