Shared Services in the Public Sector
Inetum is part of the new Framework Agreement for Provision of Consulting Services in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) of esPAp, the Government Shared Services Entity.

On the last 17th of May, the framework agreement for the provision of Consultancy Services in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) of esPAp, entered into force.
Abel Costa, Managing Director Portugal & Group VP at Inetum, was present at the awarding of contracts for the agreement formation, held at eSPap's facilities, where the different economic operators were present.
Comprising 16 lots, this framework agreement is a tool that will support the entities that compose the National Public Procurement System (SNCP) in the contracting processes in the ICT areas, through a set of technological profiles that guarantee the realization of projects and provide an innovative view on the services to be hired in different IT areas, such as Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Testing.
Inetum integrates 14 of the 16 lots of the framework agreement, supporting the services of:
- Functional, Technological, and Cybersecurity Consultancy;
- Development and Evolutionary, Corrective, and Preventive Maintenance of solutions for:
- the Business Process Management;
- the ERP and ECM;
- Geographic Information Systems;
- Emerging Technologies;
- Among others.
- Data Analytics and Business Intelligence;
- Software Quality and Testing.
We keep having an important role in the IT transformation and digitalization of public entities.
