Legal & Compliance

In an increasingly demanding legislative and regulatory environment, we ensure that our entire value chain operates ethically and responsibly. Our goal is to build long‑term relationships of trust with our employees, customers, and suppliers, and to support them in their day‑to‑day activities.

A guide to Our Employees’ Conduct

Code of Ethics

Inetum’s ethical policy is founded on core principles that shape the professional conduct of all employees: responsibility, integrity, respect for others, objectivity, loyalty, and trust. These principles reflect the Group’s values. By formalizing and reinforcing standards that are already recognized and practiced across the Group, the Code of Ethics strengthens our collective commitment to them.

Our Code of Ethics expresses our respect for the law and for individuals, as well as our responsibility toward our customers and all other stakeholders. It sets out the principles that form the foundation of our ethical culture and aligns with the highest international and European standards of ethics wherever Inetum operates.

Responsible AI Charter

Aligned with the principles outlined in its Group Code of Ethics, Inetum believes that the potential of AI technologies should be harnessed responsibly, ensuring their secure, ethical, and compliant use in a manner that respects the rights and dignity of all individuals.

Accordingly, Inetum considers that any activities involving AI solutions must be guided by the values set forth in this Charter.

The Inetum Speak‑Up Channel

Report Non‑Compliance with the Code of Ethics

Inetum provides a dedicated channel through which any employee or any stakeholder, in any country where the Group operates, can report in good faith any non‑compliance or irregularity.

If an employee or stakeholder suspects a violation or potential violation of any law, regulation, or fundamental principle set out in the Code of Ethics—such as corruption, fraud, discrimination, harassment, or violence—they may report it by describing the facts they have directly observed and providing any relevant evidence. All reports are handled by Compliance Officers with strict confidentiality, respect for privacy, and full consideration of the rights of both whistleblowers and the individuals or entities involved.

Let's move forward, together.
