For the 4th edition of the Microsoft Teams Partner Challenge, our Data & Analytics team developed an application in Power Apps, integrated with Microsoft Teams, to improve the service management, ensuring more effective and quick response.

We have entered the post-digital transformation era, and to enable their perpetual digital renewal, organizations are constantly challenged to reinvent themselves, looking for new work dynamics.

In a constantly changing world, business support areas, such as technical support, must be at the forefront and offer a simple and safe experience to their teams, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

The tool developed by Inetum aims to implement correct service management, ensuring an effective and timely response to all placed requests.

An integrated solution with Microsoft Teams, with a structured SharePoint Online database, whose focus is to ensure the service management through the creation and management of tickets in a transversal service application for all employees, developed in Power Apps.

For a better and more effective services monitoring, it was developed a notification system in Power Automate, and a dynamic report with calculated KPIs in Power BI, fed by the normal functioning of the HelpDesk app, which can help in detecting points of improvement in processes resolution, as well as in strategic decision-making.
