Inetum, a European leader in digital services and solutions, announces its partnership with DesCodeuses. By supporting the association's efforts to promote integration by providing coding training to women from disadvantaged neighbourhoods, Inetum is continuing its commitment to promoting inclusion and inspiring careers, particularly among young girls, in order to increase diversity in the digital technology sector.

Through this partnership, Inetum is committed to:

• Providing its expertise to support the training courses offered by DesCodeuses.
• Enhancing the students' training by offering them internships.
• Participating in joint promotional events.

Our collaboration with DesCodeuses began last October during the Vibe AI Bootcamp. At this event, held in Saint-Ouen (Seine-Saint-Denis), female employees from Inetum came to present their jobs and share their experiences with around thirty girls aged between 16 to 18, to help them envisage a career in digital technology.
