Whitelane Research 2025/2026 European Study on IT Services Sourcing: Inetum surges ahead to become Europe's No. 1 in Cloud & Infrastructure services
Inetum, a European leader in digital services and solutions, has strengthened its position in the European IT market by achieving excellent results in the latest edition of the independent Whitelane Research 2025/2026 European IT Sourcing Study, the benchmark for IT service provider performance in Europe. With an overall satisfaction rating of 79%, above the European average (76%), Inetum confirms its customer-focused positioning and reaches a strategic milestone by becoming the European leader in Cloud & Infrastructure services.
A market in search of reliability and innovation
In an environment marked by the acceleration of the cloud, pressure on skills and the dynamics of generative AI, companies are looking for partners capable of combining operational robustness, innovation and proximity. The Whitelane survey, based on more than 7,000 IT sourcing relationships and 2,500 organizations surveyed, is a key indicator for measuring the quality of players in the sector.
Inetum, leadership based on service quality and innovation
This result is based on service quality (81%) and innovation (70%), areas in which Inetum ranks among the top 10 in Europe.
No. 1 in Europe: Cloud & Infrastructure Services (79%): Inetum ranks first in Europe, up from last year (2nd place), with a satisfaction rating of 79% (+1 point). Inetum is thus ranked as an “Exceptional Performer” in this category.
Application Services: Inetum 4th out of 26 providers: With a satisfaction rating of 79%, Inetum has moved up two places (from 6th to 4th) and exceeds the European average (77%). Its performance is particularly noteworthy in Belux, Spain and the Financial Services sector, where Inetum is rated above average.

The Whitelane Research report on IT Services Outsourcing 2025/2026 is one of the most recognized references in Europe in the field of technology outsourcing. For this edition, more than 2,500 organizations were surveyed and 7,000 IT outsourcing relationships were analyzed, evaluating satisfaction with 37 IT service providers and 12 cloud platforms in multiple European countries.
