Inetum has been recognized in the SAP Partner Agent Race to TechEd 2026, an initiative that rewards SAP partners capable of turning artificial intelligence innovation into tangible business value through the development of intelligent agents on the SAP Business AI platform.

This award highlights Inetum’s ability to design and implement advanced enterprise agentic AI solutions that go beyond traditional content generation models. By combining artificial intelligence capabilities, SAP business context, process automation, data analytics, and human oversight, the agents developed by the company enable the management of complex workflows, optimization of operations, and more informed and efficient decision-making.

The award is the result of close collaboration between Inetum teams in Spain and Portugal, which developed and presented a total of ten AI agent use cases. Seven of these were created by Inetum’s Innovation team in Portugal and three by the Spanish team.

The SAP Partner Agent Race to TechEd 2026 recognizes Inetum’s strength across the Iberia Latam region, our ability to anticipate market needs, and our leadership in the new agentic AI revolution. Beyond the ten use cases developed, it represents a decisive step in helping organizations evolve from experimenting with artificial intelligence to adopting enterprise-ready, governed models capable of generating real and sustainable impact, said Luís Gomes, Head of SAP Innovation FabLab Data & AI at Inetum Iberia Latam.

This recognition strengthens Inetum’s position as one of the leading players in the field of SAP Business AI and agentic AI, while demonstrating the value of international collaboration and the company’s ability to transform emerging technologies into scalable, secure, and business-oriented solutions.

The solution presented was particularly recognized for its focus on the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence, incorporating governance, traceability, and human oversight principles as key elements to ensure trust and scalability in enterprise environments.

As part of this recognition, Inetum will have a prominent presence at SAP TechEd 2026, showcasing its solutions both during the official presentation of the program’s winners and within the area dedicated to partner-developed agents. In addition, the company’s use cases will soon be available on the SAP Discovery Center, enabling organizations across the SAP ecosystem to explore Inetum’s agentic AI capabilities firsthand, review real-world application scenarios, and understand how these solutions can support their digital transformation initiatives.

Inetum had already taken a significant step toward accelerating AI adoption in business processes for its clients in June, when it became the first SAP partner to establish a Center of Excellence in SAP Autonomous Enterprise. With this latest achievement, which adds to more than ten AI-related recognitions awarded by SAP over the past three years, Inetum further consolidates its commitment to business-driven innovation and reinforces its mission to help organizations harness the transformative potential of artificial intelligence in a secure and scalable way.
