We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in guiding Agile practices, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring the successful delivery of project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team activities
• Teach and coach Scrum practices and principles
• Promote Agile values and contribute to the Scrum community
• Identify and eliminate team impediments
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables
• Support teams in implementing changes effectively
• Foster a positive and productive team spirit
• Resolve conflicts and encourage continuous improvement

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience working with Scrum teams
• Ability to teach and coach Agile methodologies
• Skilled in conflict resolution and team facilitation
• Comfortable adapting to change and driving transformation
• Fluent in English
• French at least B2 level
