Are you an experienced Windows systems specialist looking to work in a critical enterprise environment?
Inetum is hiring a Windows Expert to join our infrastructure team and take ownership of installation, performance, security, and automation across Windows-based systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Windows Server operating systems and system management tools.
• Monitor and manage system performance, ensuring high availability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain security controls, user access management, patching, and hardening (in coordination with the Security team).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows environments, working closely with other IT teams and end-users.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Ansible to improve system efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate with the wider infrastructure team to support business continuity, monitoring, and IT operations.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of the Windows environment, including:
  • Group Policy (GPO)
  • System hardening
  • Automation and scripting
• Proficiency with SolarWinds for monitoring, performance tracking, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent understanding of networking protocols: DNS, DHCP, load balancing, and SSL VPNs.
• Strong PowerShell scripting capabilities.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in Windows environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluent in English (B2–C1 level).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with VMware or other virtualization platforms.
• Understanding of ITIL practices (incident and change management).
