This is a one-year engagement focused on test automation, test execution, defect investigation, and continuous quality improvement. The role is ideal for someone with a QA automation background or a developer mindset who enjoys problem solving, learning new technologies, and working closely with both technical and business teams.
You will have the opportunity to work on complex applications, learn business processes, and contribute directly to the success of a critical delivery initiative.
The role also encourages responsible and effective use of AI tools for activities such as code assistance, test case generation support, test result analysis, documentation, and faster learning of technical topic.
What will you do?
· Analyze business and technical requirements and understand expected application behavior.
· Create, maintain, and execute automated test cases for APIs, backend services, and applications.
· Run automated test suites and analyze execution results.
· Investigate failed tests and determine whether issues originate from application defects, test scripts, configuration, test data, or environments.
· Create and document defects, including logs, test evidence, root cause analysis, and reproduction steps.
· Use AI tools responsibly, where appropriate, to support test automation, debugging, documentation, and faster analysis of technical issues.
· Support functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
· Maintain and improve existing automation scripts and frameworks.
· Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Test Engineers, and DevOps teams.
· Contribute to quality reporting and test execution monitoring.
· Learn project-specific applications, technologies, and business processes.
· Continuously improve testing and automation practices.
