We are looking for a Senior Web Analyst with strong strategic thinking and hands‑on technical expertise to manage and evolve our digital analytics ecosystem. This role owns the end‑to‑end digital measurement framework, with a strong focus on the Google Marketing Platform and related technologies.
The ideal candidate brings a balanced mix of marketing and technical skills, ensuring GDPR‑compliant data collection, enforcing best practices, and translating business needs into actionable insights. Acting as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams, this professional will play a key role in driving data‑informed decision‑making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain tracking codes, tags, and events using Google Tag Manager.
- Configure and optimize Google Analytics 4 properties for both web and mobile applications.
- Assess and minimize the impact of tags on website performance and loading speed.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to gather tracking requirements.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand business goals and measurement needs.
- Build dashboards and customized reports in GA4 and Looker Studio.
- Conduct analytics audits to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Present insights and recommendations in a clear, business‑friendly manner.
- Define tagging strategies and measurement frameworks to ensure accurate tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, methodologies, and analytical approaches.
- Manage and govern the use of Google tools such as GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Search Console, Firebase, BigQuery, and others.
