This role operates within an Application Support Team, with primary responsibility for resolving all production-related issues associated with the Application in support of ALMT (Asset Liability Management & Treasury) operations:
Main Tasks:
- Provide frontline support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues related to the application application and its ecosystem.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance system functionality and user experience
- Document processes and provide clear instructions for the teams
- Regularly update support documentation and create user guides
- Incident management (analysis, resolution, communication)
