What You’ll Do
- Manage transversal IT teams to deliver ServiceNow implementation projects and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Assess the business impact of incidents, set priorities, and trigger escalations when needed to accelerate resolution.
- Provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders on issue progress and application status.
- Collect root causes of incidents and contribute to actionable plans that prevent future issues.
- Monitor processes daily and act promptly to maintain uninterrupted business operations.
- Oversee IT Risk, IT Security, AIA forms, repositories (MyAPM), and Shadow IT reporting.
- Ensure SLA compliance and provide monthly performance reporting.
