We are seeking a professional with solid experience in Microsoft solutions, capable of leading highly complex projects and directly contributing to the success of our clients. This individual will be a technical reference within the team, ensuring the delivery of robust solutions aligned with market best practices and client business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technological solutions based on Microsoft platforms (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, among others).
• Provide specialized technical consulting to optimize clients' Microsoft environments.
• Lead internal teams and collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance technological solutions.
• Conduct business requirements assessments, translating them into effective technical solutions.
• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues in Microsoft systems.
• Actively participate in migration, upgrade, and system integration projects.
• Ensure complete documentation and knowledge transfer to involved teams.
• Participate in adoption projects with active involvement in client training on communications, collaboration, and AI (Copilot).

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technical consulting with Microsoft solutions, with a proven track record of leading infrastructure and systems projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft platforms, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, and Office 365.
• Advanced Technical Skills: Experience in implementing and administering Microsoft infrastructure, data migration, and system integration.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and results orientation.
• Certifications: Microsoft certifications (such as Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified, or similar) are highly valued.
• Technical leadership and the ability to manage projects and teams.
• Proactivity in identifying improvements and developing innovative solutions.
• Results-focused and aligned with client strategic objectives.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in dynamic environments.
