As part of the development of the Industry sector team with a focus on manufacturing & supply chain, we are looking to strengthen the team. You will participate in on both client activities as internal activities supporting the growth of our Industry sector team within Inetum Consulting:

You will execute & leading project assignments, including, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, business analysis, implementation roadmaps etc. Following the assignment, you will take up team lead roles. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively within the Industry Sector team to support the growth, expand our offering in manufacturing and supply chain and participate to seminars, publications,….

Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to collaborate within the Inetum Consulting global business line.

• Carrying out projects to improve operational performance,
• Assisting the project owner or Program Manager on major digital transformation programmes,
• Strategic framing and optimisation of business processes,
• Implementation of master plans,
• Support for the implementation of information systems.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing or supply chain industry gained within a consulting firm focused on Operations Excellence.
• You have actively participated in cross-functional projects to improve operational excellence.
• Your experience, skills, and communication abilities allow you to manage project teams at our key clients.
• Your ability to propose solutions enables you to assert yourself on high-value-added business topics with Industrial and General Management.
• An interest in ERP tools, MES solutions and Industry 4.0 technologies is a differentiating plus.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French and English and proficient in Dutch or French at least professionally, allowing you to conduct workshops in an international environment.
