On Tuesday, November 30, the General Confederation of Moroccan Businesses (CGEM) and Women In Africa (WIA) brought together the Moroccan finalists of the WIA54 program, their mentors as well as WIA partners and personalities from the business world to present the structuring projects of these young women for the African continent and the support they will be able to receive. Inetum, a historical sponsor of Women In Africa for the past 5 years, continues its commitment to support this program and mentor a Moroccan winner for 6 months by hosting her at the FabLab in Casablanca.
Inetum's coaching and mentoring, pillars of female entrepreneurship
In a context where the major difficultý of African women entrepreneurs remains access to financing, the objective of the WIA54 program is to enable them to consolidate their achievements but also and above all to strengthen their capacities so that they can access financing offers and present their companies to potential investors. As an agile and international ESN, Inetum has a strong presence in Africa with six main subsidiaries: in Morocco, Ivory Coast, Tunisia, Angola, Senegal and Cameroon. Inetum is committed to the digital transition of the African continent and is strongly involved in contributing to the economic growth of the continent driven by its digital transformation.
As the leading local digital player in Africa for over 15 years, Inetum's support for the WIA54 program is a natural extension of its desire to accompany the digital transition in Africa and to promote the professional integration of African women in the economic development of a continent in the midst of technological transformation. Thus, as a historical sponsor of Women in Africa, Inetum accompanies the foundation by selecting and rewarding digital projects that have an impact on society and for the second consecutive year offers a training course, the "Inetum Open Training", to raise awareness of the WIA community to digitalization, through a series of webinars focused on a tech topic: smart city, e-commerce, computer security.
Inetum is convinced that women can revolutionize Africa, allowing digital technology to fully fulfill its role as an economic lever and empowerment of populations.
Mentoring of Yasmine Jtioui, founder of Jobwinwin
Mentoring is a "win-win" relationship in which the mentor will work with the finalists to consolidate their skills and support them in presenting their pitch to potential investors and bankers and will also benefit from the perspective, insight and experience of a young entrepreneur.
This year Inetum continues its commitment to support the new generation of African women entrepreneurs who represent a real lever for the development of the African continent, by partnering with the WIA54 mentoring program, in order to provide its expertise to Yasmine Jtioui, founder of the start-up Jobwinwin, which has created an application facilitating the meeting between candidates and recruiters, based on the principle of "matching", like a dating application. A virtuous project creates value for the economy since it puts employment at the center of development.

With this new initiative, Inetum continues to be at the heart of a dynamic development of innovation ecosystems on the continent. The Group's objective has always been to promote projects and career paths to enable African managers to realize their potential. This is why ESN has created the Africa Digital Manager Award competition, which highlights talent and projects in digital strategies and encourages and inspires the initiatives of tomorrow.
