We are looking for a Field Support Technician to join the technical support team of one of our clients in Porto. This professional will be responsible for providing on-site technical assistance, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to users and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain devices and peripherals.
- Ensure systems are updated and functioning according to company policies.
