Field Support Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Field Support Technician to join the technical support team of one of our clients in Porto. This professional will be responsible for providing on-site technical assistance, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support to users and equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain devices and peripherals.
  • Ensure systems are updated and functioning according to company policies.
  • Collaborate with remote teams to resolve complex incidents.

Profile:

  • Solid knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and networks.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer-oriented approach.
Profile
  • Training in Information Technology or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in technical support roles.
  • Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are a plus.
