Inetum releases its 2025 CSR Report and highlights a landmark year in terms of environmental, social, and ethical impact

Inetum released its 2025 CSR Report, which highlights a strong and rapidly accelerating ESG momentum. This new edition highlights significant progress across the three pillars of sustainability (environmental, social, and governance) and illustrates the Group’s ambition to align technological performance with social responsibility in order to solidify its role as a business-to-business-to-society company.

In 2025, we strengthened our climate strategy, reinforced an inclusive culture, and reaffirmed our commitment to transparency and ethics. Our ambition remains unchanged: to make innovation a driver of sustainable impact. All of these advances have been recognized by independent bodies: Inetum retains its EcoVadis Silver rating, ranking in the top 15% of assessed companies, and is certified as a Top Employer in nine countries, confirming the strength of its social model.”

 

Environmental Commitment: Inetum Steps Up Its Efforts

In 2025, Inetum reached a major milestone in reducing its carbon footprint. Thanks to a structured approach and initiatives implemented across all its regions, the Group has achieved a 49% reduction in CO₂ emissions per colleague since 2019. This transition is driven by increased use of clean energy: 83% of the electricity used now comes from renewable sources, a key milestone in the Group’s climate strategy. Inetum is also continuing its efforts in the area of the circular economy. Optimizing the lifecycle of IT equipment has drastically reduced electronic waste, which amounted to just 11 tons in 2025. Finally, the submission of its SBTi-aligned climate trajectory, covering Scopes 1, 2, and 3, solidifies the Group’s ambition to act in line with scientific climate requirements.

 

Social Commitment: Inetum Expands Its Initiatives Through Inclusion and Skills Development

The year 2025 was also marked by a strengthening of the Group’s social initiatives. Inetum hired more than 4,600 new employees, with a particular focus on integrating young talent. The company continues its skills development strategy, averaging 29 hours of training per employee, covering technology, ESG, cybersecurity, and leadership.

Diversity remains a priority: the proportion of women in top management has risen to 17.01%, bringing the Group closer to its 2028 target of 20%. Employee engagement is also on the rise, with 3,000 Charity Days dedicated to local initiatives and record participation in the internal engagement survey “Your Voice”: 73% participation and 210,000 comments and ideas, reflecting a strengthened culture of listening and dialogue.

 

Strengthened governance, based on Transparency and Security

In terms of ethics and governance, Inetum is strengthening its foundations. By 2025, 83% of employees will have completed training in ethics and compliance, demonstrating a collective commitment to a culture of integrity. The strengthening of cybersecurity practices is reflected in a BitSight score of 730, a level aligned with international cyber resilience standards.

Furthermore, the Group confirms the growing strength of its responsible supply chain, with 79.8% of IT purchases made from suppliers assessed according to ESG criteria. The maintenance and consolidation of ISO certifications—covering quality, the environment, information security, and business continuity; attest to the seriousness of this approach.

 

Technology Driving Social Progress

Beyond ESG performance, Inetum remains committed to its mission of using technology to serve the common good. The Group has partnered with organizations such as EMMAUS CONNECT, ELLES BOUGENT, LES DESCODEUSES in France, Professional Women’s Network Lisbon (PWN Lisbon) in Portugal to promote digital inclusion.  In Spain and Portugal, Wom Mentoring Programs have been created to fosters women’s visibility and career growth through structured mentor-mentee sessions, creating a strong support network across geographies.

The company continues to invest in responsible AI, energy-efficient digital solutions, secure infrastructure, and large-scale digital inclusion programs.
