By introducing Microsoft 365 Copilot into its organization, De Lijn wanted to boost the performance of its employees. Thanks to the Copilot Vision & Value Accelerator program, De Lijn has succeeded in improving adoption, user knowledge and satisfaction.

De Lijn, a leading public transport company, has taken an important step in its digital transformation by integrating Microsoft 365 Copilot into its organization. With over 100 Copilot M365 licenses acquired, the main objective was to help employees automate repetitive tasks and focus on higher value-added activities. To meet this challenge, De Lijn launched the Copilot Vision & Value Accelerator program with Inetum, a practical, step-by-step approach to training.

The program was structured in five stages combining interactive workshops and individual coaching. This approach emphasized user adoption, effective support, in-depth knowledge development and high participant satisfaction. Thanks to these efforts, 93% of participants recommended Copilot to their colleagues.

The results obtained by De Lijn showed a clear increase in Copilot usage and user confidence. Employees reported a better integration of the tool into their daily tasks, and a better understanding of the support that AI can provide. Putting people at the heart of change is the key to fostering adoption and unleashing the full potential of AI in business.
