Mission:
Within GCOO/GTE/COO, the Chief of Staff (PMO) supports one or several departments in steering budget forecasting and execution, while ensuring visibility on key operational indicators. The role combines financial oversight and strategic reporting to support transformation and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and co-facilitate monthly budget monitoring committees with Finance (DFIN).
- Analyze budget variances and implement corrective action plans.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Monitor the Landing Plan (LP) and ensure alignment with forecasts.
- Coordinate the annual budget planning process (planning, analysis, arbitration, synthesis).
- Maintain and review the contract database.
- Produce and analyze monthly KPIs related to operational activity (volumes, Run indicators, workload planning).
- Support internal transformation projects within the division.
- Manage the Virtual Team and weekly presentations.
- Prepare and deliver monthly presentations comparing budget vs actual expenses.
