PerfilMain Tasks:
1. Project coordination & management :
a. Act as the bridge between project teams and IT Teams, ensuring smooth collaboration
b. Develop and track the project roadmap, aligning business needs with IT requirements
c. Identify and anticipate technical, security and operational risks related to IT integrations & flows connectivity
d. Provide regular status reports to sponsors and stakeholders
2. IT Governance coordination:
a. Lead and coordinate projects, working closely with business and technical teams
b. Ensure that projects comply with Corporate and CIB IT Governance frameworks
c. Ensure adherence to specific governance rules, including compliance, security, and IT validation
d. Contribute to define, with business, success criteria for POCs and oversee their evaluation for potential scaling to projects
e. Prepare and present documentation, reports, and governance validation requests when needed
3. Technical & Connectivity management :
a. Work closely with the IT teams to integrate digital solutions into the IT ecosystem
b. Define and oversee technical connectivity requirements (APIs, data flows, interoperability, etc)
c. Ensure that architectures comply with the corporate IT standards
d. Coordinate testing phases and validation processes with technical teams
e. Drive initiatives around zero-trust architecture, encryption, identity management and secure access controls
4. Collaboration & Team support :
a. Facilitate communication between business, IT and project teams
b. Ensure technology watch to stay updated on IT trend and IT innovations
Technical skills:
- 6+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally within CIB2S IT with strong focus on compliance, security and IT governance
- Strong knowledge of IT architecture principles, APIs and Data exchange protocols
- Deep understanding of security frameworks and best practices. Including secure infrastructure, identity and access management and risk management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate in French as a plus
