We are looking for a motivated professional to manage and operate Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune in hybrid environments integrated with Azure AD. This role involves patch management, reporting, automation of desktop deployment processes, and standard workstation maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage MECM/SCCM and Intune in hybrid Azure AD environments
• Oversee update distribution and patch management processes
• Create and manage reports in SCCM and Intune
• Implement desktop solutions and unattended installation/configuration processes (SCCM/MDT/Task Sequence, Bitlocker, MBAM)
• Manage and update the client’s standard workstation
• Create and configure SCCM/MECM reports
• Package and update software for deployment
• Monitor and manage update RINGs
• Document and update intervention tickets

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows
• Hardware understanding
• Basic knowledge of computer networks
• Fluent in English
• Valid driver’s license in Portugal
• Availability to travel
• Preferably ITIL knowledge or certification
