Job Description
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial ServiceNow Services Sales Specialist to accelerate our growth across Europe. This role is strongly focused on building a new client base, creating long-term customer value, and positioning ServiceNow solutions as strategic platforms for enterprise-wide digital transformation.
You will play a key role in expanding our regional footprint, working closely with ServiceNow, internal solution teams, and delivery leaders to turn opportunities into high-impact, long-term client engagements.
Key Responsibilities In This Role:
- Build, own, and expand a new client database across Europe, with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, value-driven solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure
- Position ServiceNow offerings (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM/CRM, IRM, AI-driven solutions) as business outcomes, not just technology
- Define and execute a territory and account growth strategy aligned with regional and global objectives
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow partner teams, solution consultants, and delivery organizations to win complex opportunities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
- Ensure disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
- Represent the company at industry events, ServiceNow events, and key client engagements
