We are looking for an IT Business Analyst for Securities Finance Application. Responsible for requirements gathering, User Story production and functional testing.                                    

Main Tasks:

• Write Comprehensive Functional Specifications: Craft detailed functional specifications to guide the development and ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements.                             
• Drive Testing Efforts: Collaborate closely with the development team to execute thorough testing of new features and enhancements, maintaining a high standard of quality and reliability.                                     
• Provide User Training and Ongoing Support: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to users and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal utilization and user satisfaction.                             

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Calypso (practice)             
• Knowledge of Financial Markets: Strong understanding of financial markets and its basic instruments. Specific knowledge of securities finance is highly valued 
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements, identify potential challenges, and propose innovative solutions to address them effectively                                  

Language Skills

• Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and end-user                                        

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team                              
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills                                         
• Attention to detail is essential especially when under pressure and time constraints                              
• Proactive and flexible approach to dealing with challenges                
• Highly motivated to work directly for a front-office IT team
