In this role, you will play a key part in supporting strategic planning, governance processes, and change management initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to design and deploy change management initiatives.
- Support the governance framework by ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor impacts through dashboards and KPI design.
